Eurozone Capital S.A., founded in 2007 by various national and international partners, is a company dedicated to developing and managing buildings for the tertiary sector.

Our strategic aim is the opportunity to diversify an assets portfolio consisting of rental properties and developments, obtaining revenue from renting and capital gain from the sale of real estate (divestitures).

Eurozone Capital, S.A. expands its investments in two ways:
  1. Portfolio: Focus on real-estate intended for offices, logistic parks and shopping centres, with pre-established limitations to minimise risk.
  2. Geographically: Investment in cities with high potential, the ability to absorb existing demand and increase income. Our activity is initially limited to Spain; however, our aim is to branch out to other European cities.
Investment aims:
  1. Investment in completed and rented buildings.
  2. Acquisition of totally or partially unoccupied buildings.
  3. Real estate development.
  4. Sale & lease back operations.
  5. Portfolio acquirement.
The company has currently invested in an office building in Barcelona intended for rental to various companies as well as a plot of land, also in Barcelona, for the development and subsequent rental of offices and/or a hotel.

Similarly, we have created a subsidiary company known as Eurozone Asset Management, S.L., which will be responsible for managing the assets acquired and carrying out market research.
